House Firsprin rules of conduct and operation under House rule

A member of House Firsprin is a family and is therefore considered a noble of the house, including those added by adoption or by marriage. An employ is a paid servant and/or worker of the House. Those considered permanent employs and members are obligated to the following:

- Permanent employs of House Firsprin shall receive weekly pay as well as house privileged items. House privileged items are articles owned by the house which may be given for the employ’s or member’s use.

- Employs may only work solely on behalf of House Firsprin.

- If a current employ is married his or her spouse is also considered a house employ.

- Spouses of employs may be paid for their work, but are allowed the option of not working. Should they choose to not work they shall not be paid.

- All materials gathered by the employ or member belong to the house, excluding capital reclamation (ooc note: capital reclamation is a fancy way of saying ‘monster loot’ extending only to currency) unless otherwise notified. This also excludes materials bought with the employ’s wage or member’s allowance money.

- All products of labor belong to the house. This includes anything made by the employ or member using house materials. This excludes goods made from materials bought with the employ’s wage or member’s allowance money.

- All sales of materials, finished goods, or parts made by an employ or member must be authorized by the proper house authority.

- All revenue generated from the following belongs to the house account: sale of items owned by the house or service by an employ; or sale of items owned by the house by a member.

- Bonuses may be allowed by the proper house authority in either coin or items.

- Bonuses when or if given, shall be in addition to an employ’s regular pay or a member’s regular allowance.

- In public, all employs of lower station must address all members by their title or their title and one name. For example: Lady, Lady Adriana, or Lady Firsprin. Combination of all three (title, first, and last name) together shall not be used except in the case of introduction.

- If an employ shall ever leave the house, he or she shall return all items of house privilege. In case of death, items of privilege are to be reclaimed.

- These rules are subject to change.
